A supplementary Feeding Programme (SFP) may be underperforming for many reasons.  Ideally a full programme evaluation would be useful to identify the priority areas of the programme for improvement in this particular case. 

A number of articles on SFP have been shared in Field Exchange. I would suggest checking out some of those articles to see if they present similar issues / activities for improving the SFP. Also check out other questions that have been shared on SFP here on en-net using the search function.

What do you mean by improving? There are many aspects of a BSFP program, e.g.ration content, targeting, delivery methods, prevention package, MIYCN, etc. Please be more specific.
