Do you know of a programme that delivered breastfeeding counselling services in a humanitarian setting that was successful, applied best practices or was innovative? Then we would love to hear from you!

ENN are developing operational guidance on how to put WHO’s 2018 guideline on “counselling of women to improve breastfeeding practices” into practice in humanitarian settings. We are looking for case studies to inform the guidance.

If you are aware of a programme you think may be of interest, please contact us at i.modigell@gmail.com

Hi. Yes I do know about a breastfeeding counselling programme that had been successful several years ago in Indonesia after the tsunami. I will try to connect Isabel, to the lactation consultant who was in charge of that programme.
