Do you struggle to find the latest research on infant and young child feeding in emergencies?

On behalf of the Infant Feeding in Emergencies (IFE) Core Group, I am delighted to share the Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IYCF-E) Repository – compiled by Johns Hopkins Center for Humanitarian Health at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and the Gillings School of Global Public Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The repository provides a summary of peer-reviewed papers on IYCF-E since January 1, 2022 and is updated quarterly. This first edition includes 23 articles analysing infant and young child feeding practices, barriers, and experiences in emergencies. It includes emerging evidence from Iraq, Bangladesh, Colombia, Uganda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Indonesia, Lebanon, Italy, Turkey, the United States, and Australia.

Please see the repository for a full list of articles and share it with anyone you think may be interested. You can subscribe to receive email updates on new research:
