roasting of peanuts and melting point of RUTF

Hi all, We are finding that a new batch of RUTF has a more runny consistency. And we have learnt that the manufacturer has increased the roasting temperature and time for roasting the peanuts. My question is does anyone know if melting point of RUTF reduces if the peanuts are roasted at higher temperatures and for longer time? Thanks for your insights and guidance in advance. El
