Hello all. For a toolkit I am developing I'm looking for recommendations for basic on-line training certificates on nutrition for those without a nutrition background per se. For example, there is the UNICEF/Cornell course on IYCF. Looking for others which cover the basics about nutrition in a non-emergency setting (what is MAM, SAM, what are the standard interventions, etc). Thanks!

Dear Leah,
There is the UNICEF basic concepts on nutrition in emergencies e-learning course, available at: http://www.unicef.org/nutrition/training/
It includes a test and a certificate is generated if you reach a minimum score.

It was developed by ENN based on the harmonised training practice and informed by experiences of UNICEF regional training workshops.

Warm regards, Marie
