The SPRING project is seeking a consultant to assist in collecting and documenting information on how nutrition budget information is being used at various levels of policy- and decision-making. Specifically, the consultant will documenting examples of where nutrition budget analysis has occurred, and will explore how this information has been (or will be) used to influence nutrition funding, policy, and decision-making.

Consultants should have a good understanding of nutrition policy and advocacy, and will preferably be familiar with costing and financial tracking methodologies. A full scope of work, with details on how to apply, can be found at the SPRING website, here:
