Scaling up programing w/ urban farming initiative Orlando

Hi everyone! 

I am a Sustainability Project Coordinator with the City of Orlando, specifically focusing on our Local Food and Livability initiatives. Working in food-insecure areas is a significant component of my job, and I am looking into innovative ways to up our nutritional value through urban farming in our densely populated areas, specifically focusing on women and mothers. Any creative ideas out there or programs that you have seen work well?
