News on the Minimum Reporting Package?

Hi Elisa Thanks for your interest in the MRP. A first version of the guidelines and the software was produced at the end of 2009. We piloted this in several countries during 2010 (Kenya, Zimbabwe, Thaliand and Ethiopia). The results of the pilots were compiled in a report and the MRP guidelines and software are being updated accordingly. We will be able to share them with partners very soon. At the same time, we are starting to plan the development of training materials, a training plan and ways to scale up field utilization. All the people that piloted it were quite enthusiastic, and asked us to expand it to cover therapeutic programs as well as supplementary ones in the same reporting tool. We are making plans to do this as well since this will only require minor changes to the existing package. We will endeavour to keep all en-net users and other partners informed of the launch of the MRP package and future plans." Regards Jeremy and Carlos
