Are there agreed standards on the dosage of Supplementary'Plumpy for MAM children in targeted SFPs? I am reading 1 sachet for all children 6-59m, but in other guides (including Nutriset), it's recommended to give 2 sachets for children over 7 kg.

From Indi Trehan: One option commonly used is to provide the child with approximately 75 kcal/kg/day of a supplementary product like Supplementary Plumpy. One sachet contains 500 kcal, so you can do the math on how many sachets to recommend for a given child per day.

To date, there is no official guidance. There is on going research looking into the question for MAM, as dosage and needs have been clearly identified for SAM, but the question has yet to be answered. The different manufacturers have identified what they feel is best for their products, but the empirical evidence supporting what is best for MAM is still coming.
