 About Us

Save the Children UK believes every child deserves a future. In the UK and around the world, we work every day to give children a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn and protection from harm. When crisis strikes, and children are most vulnerable, we are always among the first to respond and the last to leave. We ensure children's unique needs are met and their voices are heard. We deliver lasting results for millions of children, including those hardest to reach.

Job Purpose

In line with Save the Children's humanitarian public health strategy 2018-2021, we are continuing to strengthen and expand our frontline health and nutrition capacity to deliver quality public health programming in humanitarian contexts. As Humanitarian Nutrition Adviser, your key deliverables will include coordinating our Global Humanitarian Surge Platform and providing technical support, re-launch community of Humanitarian Surge Platform (HST's) links and understanding the role of nutrition within the Pneumonia centenary breakthrough.

This role offers an experienced and committed individual the exciting opportunity to shape the future of nutrition in the humanitarian sector. You'll have independence to develop your own projects and have broad working relationships.
