CMAM toolkit

There used to be a CMAM toolkit for emergency start up of CMAM. This was developed by Save the Children in 2017. Can anyone give me the link for this as it does not seem to be online anymore. 

If there is a newer version or a similar toolkit from the GNC, I prefer this.
