What is the maximum temperature that does not affect the potency of Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF)?

Hi Maha, thank you for your question. Technical specifications from UNICEF (2022) state RUTF is best stored below 30°C - https://www.unicef.org/supply/media/16636/file/S0000248-RUSF-Specification.pdf
