The Eleanor Crook Foundation is excited to announce a new call for Expressions of Interest to accelerate wasting treatment reform.

ECF has supported research on improved approaches to wasting treatment over a number of years, and was a core supporter of WHO in their recent guideline development process. ECF is excited about the opportunities presented by the recently released treatment guidelines, and eager to turn those opportunities into impact by funding initiatives that can support timely integration of these approaches into national policies, and allow wasted children to benefit from these innovations as soon as possible.  You can find the complete call for EOIs at this link. The expected outcomes of successful grants under this EOI are that in a given country, the national wasting treatment policy is updated to reflect new, improved approaches to wasting treatment, and the national system is prepared to implement the new policy.

The deadline for initial brief expressions of interest is Friday, September 29th. Please direct all inquiries to info@eleanorcrookfoundation.org; ECF will also provide rolling responses to some common questions at the Q&A page here.
