There is going to be a training held in Kenya end of January, but apparently it is already fully booked (see
http://www.smartmethodology.org/), and the next one coming up in RDC is in French it seems and is for people working in RDC (
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SMART_RDC_2013). Best is to regularly check on the SMART website about upcoming trainings.
