I possess vast experience in project cycle management in Maternal newborn and child health. I have lead in multi tasking and multi- sectoral integration approach with in designing, impleentation, monitoring and evaluation and learning in ongoing and new innovations in maternal neonatal child health programming in resource poor settings of developing countries.

I have vast experience in development of monitoring and evaluation tools, supervision checklists, competence based kills checklists, competency based training in maternal newborn child health interventions, great experience and competence in project document (profiling, output tracker, procurement planning), budget tracking, programme planning tools development and use and monitoring, database development and updating, assessment tools development in MNCH, primary health care (PHC)and Community health strategy CHS). I value teamwork through networking, team building, motivation and managing for change for total commitment and achievement of the Millennium Development Goals. (MDGs).
