I am certified chief community health specialist and certified emergency nutritionist. Proven experience in managing large scale and complex programs from grassroots to national and international arena including crisis situation in South Sudan, protracted emergency in Sudan and Somalia. Given my experience and academic background, I have strong analytical, planning, monitoring, evaluation, coordination and managerial skills on overall child health, Nutrition, emergency, and especially public health and nutrition emergency management.

With Master’s degree in Public Health and various relevant specialized short trainings, I have acquired an interdisciplinary perspective on knowledge of institutional mandates, policies and guidelines pertaining to public health and nutrition related emergency as well as development endeavors. On top of being fluent in English; I have excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling me to achieve close collaboration with and among multi-level stakeholders (GO, UN, NGOs, communities, etc.). I have also full proficient computer skills and use of relevant software and other applications, including GIS, SMART, SPSS, and EPI Info.

I always have strong international aspiration to share my experience with other countries which may be benefited from success stories in some of the countries I had worked so far. I, therefore, welcome the challenge of working as Nutrition and Health Specialist, humanitarian and development worker anywhere in the world.
