As part of our contribution to the upcoming 2025 Global Nutrition Cluster (GNC) Annual Meeting (June 16-18), the IFE Core Group would like to organize a panel discussion focused on Infant and Young Child Feeding in Emergencies (IYCF-E). The aim is to spotlight practical, field-based experiences and successes from local organizations operating in humanitarian settings.
We are therefore reaching out to invite you to suggest local organizations that could share a compelling success story—specifically those that have successfully mobilized support for IYCF-E by engaging local authorities, communities, donors, funders, or other actors. These stories could provide valuable insights into locally driven strategies, innovations, and partnerships that have led to tangible improvements in IYCF-E programming.
If you are aware of any such organizations or initiatives, kindly share their names and a brief description of their work either here or by sending an email to Anne Gitari (ife@ennonline.net) by May 16th.
We appreciate your continued engagement and look forward to your suggestions.
Anne Gitari,
IFE Core Group Coordinator
