Hi everyone!

Save the Children is developing a proposal for the Horizon Europe call “Nutrition in emergency situations". The intervention will focus on improving access to locally produced, safe supplementary foods for managing moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) in Mali.

We’re looking for a European university or research center (EU Member State) to join our consortium and lead the research component, which may include efficacy studies, and exploratory research on the feasibility and sustainability of local production. Strong expertise in nutrition, fortified blended flours, and food processing/technology, particularly with a focus in Africa, is ideal. 

If you know of any researchers with strong experience in this area and a solid reputation, I’d be very grateful for your suggestions or introductions!
